What an amazing holiday but we'll come to that a bit later!
My Nursery session got over last week and I'm no longer one of the junior most kids in the school. I will go to KG from next week and will now boss around with the new nursery kids. But i'll be a good helpful senior :).
My teachers (Audrey Ma'am and Rachna Ma'am) have been very proud of my performance. I'll miss them as well as Radha didi. I've improved in all the areas but to tell you the truth, the credit goes to Maa. She really worked hard on me and in spite of papa, managed to make me learn many things.After a hectic year in school, we got a 2 week vacation. So we (maa, Garima bua, Saru maasi, Namrata bua and I) decided to go for an all-girls vacation to Manali. Papa was traveling to the US and was not supposed to come. As luck would have it, his trip got canceled and he too joined us. So, off we went - a gang consisting of 1 man and 5 women! :).
After a long bus journey, we reached Manali and just chilled out on day 1. We went and sat on the rocks near the river Beas and then went to the monastery.
adventure started the next day when we went to a place called Golaba (Snow Point). I had never seen snow before and was really excited about it. But what I experienced once we reached that place was beyond any expectations. We trekked on snow, made lovely snow men and enjoyed skiing. I loved my snow boots and skiing dress.
After this, we went to Solang Valley. The experience of flying can not be described! Everyone else was a bit scared but I had absolutely no fears. The only thing i didn't like was the fact that i got to fly only once!
